- If the eBook cannot be downloaded due to technical errors or compatibility issues, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
File Corruption:
- If the downloaded eBook file is corrupted and cannot be opened, and a replacement file cannot be provided.
Duplicate Purchases:
- If the same eBook has been purchased multiple times, we can issue refunds for the duplicate orders.
Unauthorized Transactions:
- If the purchase was made fraudulently or without your consent, subject to investigation.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind:
- If you change your mind or decide that you no longer need the eBook after purchase, no refund will be issued.
Accidental Purchase:
- Refunds will not be provided for accidental purchases unless they meet the “Duplicate Purchases” condition.
Incompatibility:
- Please ensure that the eBook format (e.g., PDF, EPUB) is compatible with your device before purchase. Refunds will not be provided for compatibility issues.
Downloaded Products:
- Once the eBook has been downloaded, it is considered delivered and non-refundable unless the file is corrupted.
