
Han Feizi
Han Feizi was an ancient Chinese philosopher and one of the most prominent figures associated with the school of Legalism. He lived during the Warring States period (approximately 280–233 BCE) and is best known for his work, the “Han Feizi,” a comprehensive collection of essays on statecraft and legal theory. Han Feizi’s philosophy emphasized the importance of strict laws, centralized power, and the use of rewards and punishments to maintain order and control within a state. His ideas had a significant influence on the development of the Chinese imperial system.
